This was deeply moving and awesome.

The most recent chapter, chapter 26 if memory serves, was wonderful, with a well choreographed battle on three fronts at the forefront! Looking forward to what's coming next!

Had a bit of a struggle with some of the dialogue in this chapter. Kinda feel I managed to get it right but I'm not 100% happy with it. It's only one particular scene I wasn't happy with but I decided it best to get it uploaded as it had already been rewritten twice, going further would only stress me out about it more.

And that's Chapter 28 now online, as we're moving into the final few chapters I wanted to give it a name to reflect that. With musical references being a big part of my fic and also there being musical references in 3.0+1.0s name I wanted to reflect that too so I went for a pretentious prog rock sounding name for this section

On this was such a punch to the feelings I felt so bad for Shinji and Asuka as the both had to deal with closure on certain issues which I won't spoil.

Oh yes and then you have this hilarious thing with Ritsuko/Maya which had me laughing my head off.

And that makes chapter 30, being honest I never expected this fic to be this long. I originally planned to wrap it up at about 25 chapters or so but certain parts took longer to get to than I intended but I think it's made it a much stronger story.

Chapter 31 has already been written and just needs some final editing for the last scene. Originally 30 and 31 were one chapter but it got to about 12,000 words and still wasn't finished so I felt it was best to split it into two. I think it works out much better.

So I do have to ask, I don't know if anyone does actually follow this on here but at people enjoying the story so far? I'm anticipating maybe 3 more chapters before we reach the conclusion.

Well, I'm certainly enjoying it. May have to reread the latest couple of chapters again, but everything's looking really good right now!

Really heartfelt chapter, personally I'm going to miss this story when its over but I'm concerned about whats going to happen at the end and how far Gendo will go.

I'm glad you thought so, I think the Mari/Asuka discussion has been one of my favourite things to write so far across the entire fic. Felt genuine emotion whilst writing it.

You Must (Not) Run Away [The Tower Suite - 03: ...Divided We Fall]

Chapter 31 or the 3rd Movement of the Tower Suite has been uploaded. 4th Movement has been written and edited but won't be uploaded until the 5th movement is almost complete. Very close to the end now.

You better get to work on finishing this before final comes out.

I'm not sure if I'll ever get around to finishing my post 3.33 fanfic.

I'm hoping to have it finished before the 3.0+1.0 Trailer at least, it'll definitely be done by the time it comes out though. Only a couple of chapters left

I'm actually really excited to see just how hilariously different my Post 3.33 stuff will be compared to the actual final product.

You should definitely give finishing yours a try though! Be nice to see more Post 3.33 content around. I love seeing different people's takes on it.

I loved this chapter but man it broke my feels in places and to avoid spoilers I'll just say it was emotional and horrific in places.

Woo hoo! Now things are starting to look up again (compared to last chapter). Yes, there's been heavy losses, but it also seems like out heroes will be able to intervene in time. Looking forward to those next two chapters!
