Celebrity RIP Thread

Yeah. You read right. This is for everything that doesn't have anything to do with Eva.

Iggy Stardust is dead?

I hope wherever he is, he's at peace among the stars. . . .

First Dio, then Lemmy, now David Bowie?

A friend just told me about this. I was really hoping he was mistaken. :(

This is seriously upsetting. Like, wow. I've literally been talking to my manager at work over the last couple weeks about Bowie. I even brought him up today when a song of his came on the radio, and I raised the volume. I didn't find out until I got off work just now. :/ I've been meaning to incorporate more of his work in my collection, so I guess now's a good a time as any.

Also, I'm watching Labrynth as soon as I get home.

His new album was his farewell to us. I've been in and out of tears throughout the morning.

Man first thing I hear out of the news when I wake up, talk about a crappy way to start the week.

R.I.P David Bowie.

Cancer then his new/final album...Damn.

Like I wrote Friday in FML thread (or Saturday in my sleep-deprived state), life's fleeting. Hug your loved ones and pets!

Rest in Peace, thank you for being an interesting bisexual icon

Fucking hell, Boulez and Bowie within less than a week of each other? Already 2016 can screw itself.

I mean, Boulez I saw coming because the guy was seriously getting up there, but Bowie? Bowie seemed like he had at least another decade, which made it that much of a gut punch. Damn.

David Bowie has become the Starman in the sky. Tomorrow's gonna be a David Bowie night for me. Gonna watch a movie of his while eating pizza. This is the only way I know how to cope with beloved celebrity deaths.

Well. . . Time to finally watch all the Harry Potter movies.
I’ll escape now from this world, from the world of Jean Valjean, Jean Valjean is nothing now! Another story must begin!
