There's nothing in the movie to indicate it's much bigger. During the fight with 02 it's the same size. Same at the very end when 08 grabs it from behind to pull the ejection handle.
Are you confusing with with the statue version of Mark.06 after it got Lilith-ied?

From a biological perspective, you cannot have a humanoid figure like that with 4 arms without the necesary structures to support said arms... Take for example that guy from Mortal Kombat, he has like 4 pectoral muscles and modified inferior shoulders to move those arms...
Now... We really never see Eva 13 side by side nor standing straight* next to Evas 02 or 08: when it is with Eva 02, they are fighting, one in front if the other, ankle deep in skulls, jumping, dodging and generating AT fields; when its falling with Eva 08, its in fetal position!
But I follow only a logical path from biology. Can anyone come with a clever way to measure on-screen Evas that are contorted in action poses?
*and it would be hard to be straight with those 2 inside

You have a series with gigantic monsters sporting halos that explode into tidal waves of blood when they die, beaten by other gigantic monsters piloted by children sitting inside massive dildos with limbs and boosters that morph into existence from seemingly nowhere and THIS is what you find scientifically-objectionable?

For me while watching 3.0 Eva 13 looks to have longer legs and torso. It may not be a huge difference but I'd still say that it's maybe six inches to a foot taller than the other Eva's.
Size difference may be due to Eva's 02y & 08b looking shorter due to their stockier build.
I also received my shipping invoice today as I was waiting on lady Satsuki being shipped along with Eva 13. So hopefully within two weeks I should have both

Eva 13 is amazing, simply beautiful. That being said the lances are so fracking big I can't display the Eva with them in my detour :'( great figure, just a tad annoying for displaying with my other Eva's.
On a slightly different note, seeing as this is Medicoms last 3.0 Eva figure is there any hope or chance of them doing a Mark.06?

So Kotobukiya skipped out on Shizuoka Hobby Show last month and instead promoted another even for this weekend:

In Japan the weekend is over and no new Eva kits were announced and none of the existing ones were on display either. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
I'm severely annoyed that they can pump out at least 3 more kits with just swapping heads and recycling every other mold, and yet they don't.

Moar Eva-13 pics.
For those who are wondering, the finishing is about the same as on the non-special edition EVA-01, which is to say passable. I would have preferred a satin finish on the shoulder pylons, which are glossy, just to keep with the overall look of the unit, but not a deal-breaker. Overall the joints seem to be sufficiently tight, and what it may lack in fine craftsmanship it makes-up for in presence. The RS hoppers are surprisingly nice, just be sure to mount them securely to the clear stand to avoid having them "hop" around the floor.
SPOILER: Show

I went to the Charlotte HeroesCon yesterday, and there were a couple EVA figures for sale (I didn't buy them though--they were too expensive). The ones I saw were a model of Rei in a white "Christmas-themed" outfit, and one of Asuka in a trimmed-down, navel-exposing plugsuit.
Life can seem a challenge. Life can seem impossible. It's never easy when so much is on the line.
