Yes, but you have to understand the marketing machine that is Eva, 3.0.'s ad campaign started in Augest 2011, they are going to hype the last ever Eva movie for as long as possible.... At least I think.
I mean, predictability is the central attraction and the narrative hook that we've all come to expect from the Evangelion franchise. How come Anno can't realize this? Twice? - FreakyFilmFan4ever

It is now ~2.5 hours after the revised starting time stated in the tweet earlier in the thread.

Twitter has been silent the entire time. It's probably safe to presume nothing happened other than a few sleepy otaku crying out Kaworu-kuuuuuu~n! at 5 in the morning.

I guarantee that a teaser and title will be released as the final video of the Animator Expo, which isn't going to be until late spring/early summer. That gives them time to throw together something, anything. It's been almost a year and a half since Anno said that the script for Final was pretty much done, only that he's tweaking a few things.

I second this, we still have yet to see what that Black Evangelion is all about. But that time will come.

Besides that the only thing we did get was the trailer for Evangelion 4D, so it wasn't a complete loss.

All we need to do is wait for the Expo to start releasing it's content again.

Black Evangelion = a short that's part of Animator Expo that still hasn't aired but in a trailer we see it's a completely different style of design and rendering that the actual movies.
