Anyone know if this is fanmade or something? Mainly want to know what the last title card says (the one with 2015).

Indeed, but wanted to know what that last title card said. Haven't recalled seeing that particular title card before, but perhaps I have and just didn't realize it and also because I can't read Japanese, heh.

Photoshop is a wonderous thing. Always good to keep this in mind: if you don't see it verified on an established Eva site, it's a fake.

It is a very good montage of everything that's happened up to this point (with nice music), but still fanmade and unrelated to Final.

Very nice fanmade trailer though! I liked the overlaying of various images which led to some great compositions - I'm thinking Eva Unit 01 exploding part of the Geofront to then reveal Rei in the Tenth Angel looking up towards Shinji. I stand by that trailer as pretty impressive & definitely in the spirit of the new Evangelion films.

Trolling would be Anno himself going online & saying "Hey guys, guess what? I, Hideaki Anno, am going to release a trailer on Sunday! Get excited!" & then on Sunday he releases a picture of his butthole & then laughs in your face. That's trolling.

A studio doing whatever they can to keep public awareness of their product in our minds even though the filmmaker himself clearly does not feel the work is ready to be shown to the public in ANY degree is NOT trolling.

Either that, or it's giving us some crazy symbolism that we can use to decode the fourth movie. Maybe.

Speaking in all seriousness, though, it's interesting that Anno's giving us this particular terminology to work with.
