Studio Khara did an animation for this new game called Majin station. It looks amazing.

Something felt weird about the animation, but it was more about style than quality. Nice to see some more stuff of Khara around, they really seem like they're blazing a trail in terms of high-quality CG animation.

It may have felt "weird" because the entire thing was done in CG- even the bits that seemed to be in standard 2D. I completely agree with the last statement, though. Khara's going to make some amazing stuff when they finish NME.

While I do hope they keep doing quality 2D stuff, this 3D animation looks amazing to me. This might be the key to getting legitimate video game adaptations of anime that don't look off. However they handled the models and textures, it looks really good to me.

Previous attempts to do 3D games that resembled anime have always looked odd to me, less like 2D animation and more like low-polygon 3D models with flat anime textures. I hope these techniques they're using become standard.
According to Seele, Tang is the ultimate form of life. I guess that means the astronauts are committing genocide all the time then.

This looks really cool! I guess it's a mobile game, considering the iPhone/Android mention?

Very likely. I have no idea what it's going to look like when you're playing it, but if the promo is anything to go by, it's going to be spectacular.
