Well, the preview showed her getting ready to fight, added with how she didn't seem that surprised by being betrayed(more from how quick and brutal it was) and her eyes glowing when crucified, it's clear that she's not out yet.
It seems clear for me that she has a symbiotic union with Life Fibers in her body(explaining the scars), and I wouldn't be surprised if that's also the case with Nui. Also, I'm curious to see what Ragyo's assistant will do.

There is actually something distinctively western about her

She has connections to Christianity, not only mentioning the famous biblical story of the taking of the forbidden fruit, but also in her crucifixion, and the cross that appears shortly before she leaves the elevator.

She is associated with the number 7, via her 7 star scars on her back, which is, in western mythology, often associated as the number of god, it's also the number of chakras.

Ragyo's bath house contains sculptures of Oceanus, and Hygieia, the Roman god and goddess of the oceans and hygiene respectively. Both of which are depicted together at the famous trevi fountain.

The second toe on Ragyo's foot is longer than her big toe. This is referred to as Morton's Toe, a genetic trait predominant in European populations. It contributes to the ideal body proportions embodied in classical Greek sculpture.

She obviously has the Rainbow Body phenomenon, which is associated with someone obtaining complete knowledge. Which ofc coincides with what Ragyo says in episode 17 about knowing everything.

That Rainbow Body thing is very interesting. I knew nothing about that. Come to think of it, weren't there some (small) rainbows around the Seele council? Hmm.

I've not seen enough evidence (that I've not already provided a counterpoint for) to convince me otherwise. Like I said, I'm not running my mouth off going "HURR DURR KINUE NOT RYUKOS MUM LEL", I'm just saying that I've yet to think otherwise.

She's genetically different enough from Ryuuko. His ability is limited.

All I'm saying is that unless the show tells me otherwise, I don't think I'm going to be convinced that Kinue is Ryuko's mother.

Perhaps only Ryuuko and the person Senketsu is touching can hear him. Usually that's also Ryuuko, but when he confronted Tsumugu, they butted heads so to speak.

There is so much detail that goes into the series that I'm surprised Eva fans haven't really digged into it. I'm practically discovering something new every day. The rampant speculations and looking for clues are one of the biggest enjoyments the anime has to offer.

Mako was holding Senketsu this week. Her mother did too when she was laundering him just off the top of my head.

I can see the robot, but don't you think that the part you labelled as the head is actually a sailor uniform? Wouldn't the control tower thingy where Satsuki spends most of her time be the head? The arm placement would make more sense that way as well.
