Photo of me looking vaguelly happy about something. A rare find as I've never learned the trick of actually smiling on purpose for photos... when I try I just end up looking like I'm angry, suprised or in pain. I think my face is just broken.

Don't feel bad, NemZ. I never learned to smile in pictures, either. I always look deranged when I try to smile. I like to think of something that makes me laugh, right before the picture is taken.

Been trying to grow my hair out. Probably the longest it's been in nearly a decade.
Currently at about a year's growth - Will maybe need another six to eight months for desired length/effect.

For some reason my hair always looks weird no matter what length it is, although I think I've finally managed to find the right balance between the sides and the fringe so the sides don't stick out like animal ears but the front isn't buzz-cut short.

Yes, I agree wicked hair bro. I just shaved my own head a few weeks ago.
I don't like having my hair long (that much) but more power to the people that do.

When I have a party, I always do it right.

I grew mine out ~2-3 years ago for around 8 months. Ended up getting it cut super short though. Thinking of growing it back out again currently though.

Went to a fun air show today. Lots of classic planes there. Here's a couple pics I got. Let's test out our WWII otaku chops. Who can name these three (they're layups)?

Top one is a B-17G hands down. The chin turret is a dead giveaway.

Middle one I'm not entirely sure on... I want to say it's a Val Dive/Torpedo bomber.

Bottom is a Zero... not sure which variant though.

You're hopelessly off the target, Nuke. Like Magi said, that's a B-17G. He spotted it dead-on.

The middle one looks like a Texan converted to look like a B5N "Kate" torpedo bomber from the carrier Kaga (AII, if I remember, is the tail code for Kaga's aircraft). The originals are completely extinct.

From what I remember, there's only three flying Zeros in the world, and only one with the original engine. The Zero in the picture looks like a Texan converted to look like an A6M2 - those were the ones with rounded wingtips, because the A6M3 (and possibly the later M5, M6 and M8 - I don't remember their status) had squared-off wingtips.

The B-17 is the only real aircraft of those three, because the other two are replicas.
