Good! Can't wait to own yet another physical copy of the movie. (Also, I really really REALLY hope they do a theatrical release of this movie.)

Well, ones not released by Anno/Khara, anyway.

That must merit at least a week's ban!

I own the Japanese BD, but I need the Funi release mainly so that I can have an English subbed hard copy. A legit one. ;)

Look Funi, I know 3.0 was really, really confusing, but it wasn't that confusing. You sure you got the license to 3.0?

Yeah... That part is actually a blatant lie.

It's probably so not to give too much away about...well...yknow...all the wtf-ery

Edit: Oh wait, it mentions the time-skip. Well I don't know then.

I have a little giggle when I see people on other forums talk about how Funimation was dragging their feet in getting 3.0 & how they took way too long. It's funny cause everything post 3.0's theatrical release in Japan has been exceedingly speedy! It took 2.0 almost a full year - about 11 months - just to get a Blu-ray release in Japan. Right now, 3.0 is hitting shelves, crossing oceans, etc etc, in less than half to even of the third it took the previous two releases to do.
Hell, I wasn't even a fan of Evangelion until long after EOE hit DVD in the States - a shoddy DVD but still - and that took years!

With any luck this means Khara is not pussyfooting around & are knee deep in work on 4.0. A release in 2014 perhaps? With 2015 being "The Year of Evangelion"?

Meantime I had a chuckle and the people asking Funi to acquire series of shows that didnt exist - that is to say season 3 of such-and-such an anime when season 3 hasn't been made yet or the show ended at season 2.
"Fuyutsuki, When children are given their drivers license before being given sole responsibility for the survival of humanity, mecha anime will have crossed a dangerously illogical threshold"

that is a massive spoiler; once again, typical of western media advertisements, because we're too ADD to have time for things like stringing plot points together and not being spoiled of crucial aspects of the story

Allmost every anime on the Funi youtube channel has people asking Funi to MAKE another season.
