any who recently I have been watching some animu with my friends things we have watched have been

OreImo season 1
I had been watching bits OreImo season 1 here and there but finally got around to finishing it with them. Over all I did like it although I really didn't care for Kirino. If anything of the characters I did like Kyousuke the best can't help but feel a bit for the guy . I'll be moving on to watching S2 sometime this week after we finish the specials

Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha episodes 1-2:
it's alright so far not all that much has happened yet, although I could do with out the panty shots on the 8 year old.

Amagami SS episodes 1-4
I've been enjoying this one the most of the bunch that my friends and I have been watching (although I'm just watching this on with one friend). Too bad apparently the best girl was the first route.

As in Shinbo's more recent magical girl series, the first couple episodes are there to make you think that this is Cardcaptor Sakura or PreCure.

although I could do without the panty shots on the 8 year old though.
And that's just the OP sequence...

I'm glad Shinkai went back to what he does best. Separation, that is. Now if only I could reconcile the age gap.

Also, just watched Gargantia 09. INCOMING HAMARTIA NEXT EPISODE

Simply because I don't agree with Mr Tines' list;

Ergo Proxy, Ghost in the Shell, Psycho-Pass, Fate/Zero ( This one focuses on action as well, but when I say it's hardcore, I REALLY MEAN IT'S HARDCORE. Great tragedy, unappreciated by hipster moeshit eaters. ).

EDIT: Fate/Zero isn't really overlooked by masses, but it's usually watched only by Type-Moon fans. Also, if you've seen Fate/Stay Night and hated it, you'll still love Zero. Trust me.

Tines list is great (and has stuff on my backlog), to supplement that i'd suggest Welcome to the NHK, Steins;Gate, and Tatami Galaxy.

My mistake, apparently it airs in june.

And no, Boku no Rotoscope was too much of a masterpiece for me to handle. I dropped it after the first episode.

Xard in charge of knowing the fuck edgy means.
:hahaha:

Ignore the moeshit eater, Fate/Zero is great. Not to mention that basically whole cast is over 25+, so expect no 'BELIEVE IT!!!!!'. You get people doing what needs to be done without talking much about it. Unless they're Gilgamesh.

Indeed, instead you get half hour long info dumps about magic and lots of powerlevelwanking! ^_^

It is. I generally hate all their stuff, mostly because it has potential but the potential is never expanded upon. The only reason I love Zero is because of it's themes and execution. The music is great, the artwork is decent, animation perfect and the story is top notch.

Gotta agree with June though, Zero's info dumping was tiresome, but it had to be put in for the sake of people who didn't bother with Stay Night.
