Download the kazaa lite codec pack, 2.25, install that one and it will work with all movies until the end of times

I frankly think it was a very weak sequence. It looked rather amatuerish to me, especially the camera work.

The real motion sequence in EOE (i guess) is supposed to be a message to fans (and probably to Anno himself) to stop escaping from real life into fantasy. The cut sequence in question doesn't really do that. It doesn't really add anything valuable to the story. I think that's why it was cut.

If you want to see amateurish Anno live action, you have to watch Love & Pop.

This was one of Anno's first live action flirtations, and I think it was competent. If I had to take a guess why it was removed, I would say perhaps because the alternate reality thing had already been done in the TV Series.

I guess Anno didn't really seem to think Touji and Asuka hated each other that much. :( How come Touji gets to have all the fun with old Asuka!

I liked seeing how Anno's live action pieces look like. I enjoyed it except the butt cam on the bike was a little out of place? Well that was great thanks EM. But what was the link to translation?

Anyway, I really didn't like the Touji/Asuka thing...but I guess in a world without Shinji, I don't think anyone else would be able to put up with the fiery redhead...or should I say fiery revised Japanese version? O_o

I'm still in shock about that Asuka/Touji deal. But I dont think they'd have much of a relationship, aside from it being sex based.

If there were no Shinji and Evas, Asuka would be off in Germany. I don't question the reality, just the idea and concept of what life COULD be like.
