How do you rip frames off a video

Does anyone know how to rip frames from videos? namely ogm files?

Hit the capture frame button.

If your media player doesn't have one, I suggest you get one that does.

I'm currently using VLC media player which I don't think has a capture frame option. So what kind of players do you use?
