I-

wha-

KYOANI WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME - I'M NOT MENTALLY READY TO TRAVEL DOWN THE TRAP ROUTE

BUT there are more TWEEEEESTS to this

The CV on official page sure as hell isn't Daisuke Ono, what the fuck ANN

I don't know which way is up and which way is down anymore

This is Ono's character/trap. Phew. Pigtails-Mio isn't one after all.

all that second-hand embarrassment, I want to kill myself already.

I wonder how they gonna do this though. I'm kind of expecting 5 min OVA of J.C. Staff flash animation.

Saw this on another forum posted about a news article from yesterday

http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20121 ... -flix-movi

Mamoru Oshii talks about his influences including Hayao Miyazaki and discusses his objections to Studio Ghibli moving away from fantasy.

So there was this event or TV or something where Mamoru Oshii was the guest speaker and he talked about a variety of things.

- When asked who his biggest influences were, he brought up Jean Luc Godart, Sid Mead and Hayao Miyazaki.

- Since Miyazaki's name got brought up, he touched on some random news reports saying that Studio Ghibli had decided to go for more realism in their movies as an effect of the Great East Japan Earthquake. There are some voices saying that in this new world, there is no more need for fantasy.

- He says something to the effect of "There are times when humans want to forget the real world. We are not strong enough to always be able to face the reality. If we only have this world and not another world to escape to, we are unable to live. Fantasy is important especially because humans are placed into such a cruel world."

- When discussing his influences, he speaks highly of Mead and his work "Blade Runner". It proved to him that more than just the story, characters or the world but the visual aspect is important.

^Tamako Market=Best of Winter confirmed. I don't know if this was posted yet but there is a 30 second preview for Zenmonogatari (Monogatari season 2): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxCqk3E4QcY
The creepy tune fits as the books that are being adapted for this season take a much darker turn in the story.

It seems that Sunrise/Lantis is trying to position Love Live as a killer to knock off 0048 for most of the season.

http://yaraon.blog109.fc2.com/blog-entr ... .html#more

But hearing the video preview, ah, it sounds as if they're more oh-so-moe-cuter than 0048.

Not buying.

New Kusanagi design I see. How many more ways though can GiTS be rehashed without bringing in the Puppetmaster or Kusanagi deciding to merge with some net consciousness?

I guess Shirow doesn't want to follow Satoshi Urushihara and turn some of his erotic illustrations into hentai anime and has effectively stopped coming up with new manga, which is probably old news.

What the fuck? Here I was expecting the long waited announcement of SAC's third season aka more Kamiyama GitS with delicious Kanno OST and Origa openings.

Director? Animation Director with long and worthy history but exactly one super obscure short film as directing credit, lol.
Writer is the incompetent hack responsible for Mardock Scramble? Oh god.
Music by Cornelius? Sounded cool untill I remembered he hasn't made anything relevant since Fantasma and his score for Appleseed: Ex Machina was lacklustre at best.

Why the fuck are they doing this instead of giving us 3rd season. It's not like Kamiyama has anything better to do.

Fuck this shit. Yes I mad.
