Lol they only just released Vol. 12 and 13 together here in France. Since 12 has been out for quite some time in Japan, the US, even Germany, the French publishers (which are each affiliated to a major Japanese publisher) have gotten quite a bit of angry fanmail, to which they replied about 6 months - 1 year ago with "well, the Japanese publishers told us to wait, they haven't given us a precise release date yet. Maybe late 2012."
When they said that it was pretty obvious they were trying to build the hype for Q even further. Why they seem to only have pursued this logic in France, even though this is a surprisingly big market for manga, no idea.

Thanks for the scans, TMBounty_Hunter.
@Torel: actually I just noticed that they've also recently published the third volume of Petit Eva! Tonkam is finally moving its lazy ass.

Got this yesterday and actually opened the shrinkwrap to look at the extras in person. I have the special editions of Vols. 7 (both versions) and 9 and those are all still sealed.
Would probably walk around that Akihabara Animate store with my mouth open the whole time.

It is funny that you mentioned this because I just found it while looking for a art book.

It's already disappearing though, it looks like there's only one single copy available right now, yesterday there was none, that dude on Ebay should just wait another pair of weeks before starting to rip-off people.

I got it from CD Japan myself at about half the price of this seller. I think they've sold out, but try checking out Yes Asia. They also have a lot of Japanese manga, BD's and DVD's at fairly reasonable prices.

Just got my premium edition today from CDJapan. Got it for the extras and maybe future ability to read Japanese :P
Anyway I'm extremely impressed with the physical quality. I have no idea if Japanese stuff is always like this (probably given their reputation for manufacturing quality) but everything from the quality of paper to the awesome safe packaging CDjapan used.
The post cards feel really nice (5 well printed cards which come in an envelope which is padded inside a small cardboard frame to match the manga size), the 3d Asuka/Rei picture is colorful and eye catching and wrapped in more protective plastic. The 50 page art book is well presented as well. Gotta love Sadamoto's art work.
The viz release I will receive soon will be so disappointing in comparison...
