I believe a lot of new users get intimated by some of the things in the forums, don't feel they have much worth to add and therefore barely post, or simply eventually decide that EGF and/or NGE is not their cup of tea.

Hi, guys. I've been checking things out for a little while and decided to join! Been a fan of Eva for quite a few years now. I first encountered it when Adult Swim aired it. Needless to say, I was confused beyond hell. But I re-watched it eventually and it grew on me.

Fast forward to now and I own a box set of the series that I just so happened to find at a used DVD shop in Chicago, have EoE on my laptop and own Rebuild 1.11 and 2.22 on Blu-Ray. Quite few anime have left me as awestruck as Eva did.

Just for a quick rundown of what I like, I have watched and am a fan of other than Eva: FLCL, Cowboy Bebop, Durarara!!, Steins;Gate, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, Gurren Lagann, Gundam 00, and my childhood favorite of DBZ. Just to name a few.

Looking forward to some good times here.
Ask me what it's like to have myself so figured out. Wish I knew.
