Looks like this was made in 2001 or 2002, as there's no Abenobashi in it (which was a pretty big Gainax show), the lone Mahoromatic reference is probably wrong since I don't even see Mahoro in there.

I like the little details in the picture, though - ask yourself if the flagpoles look familiar. And the flags, of course, are the royal crest of Honneamise, the Gunbuster logo, and the UN flag - which I'm guessing is there because of NGE.

I am pretty sure that there is no Mahoromatic characters in that picture. That girl looks sort of like Miyuki Sakura but I don't think it is her. Can't really tell you who it is either :?
