I took another gander, and I just can't get over how creepy the faces are. Yeah, Kaworu's face just looks like hes disappointed that you blew all you're cash on a statue of his likeness, but the other two...*shudders.* They just creep me out like one of those porcelain dolls. Can't stand em.

Is it already at AmiAmi? Last night when I checked it wasn't...

Also, do y'all think that they updated the materials or that we'll have the HARD pegs and hands like last time?

They've been around for a very long time. I spotted a few in Tokyo years ago. (And for other series as well).

Guys, the BOME 1/1 scale Rei has been around since 1997. This isn't anything new to Eva. You just get a choice of 3 this time around.

It says about 25 cm tall on the product page, judging by its stance, probably almost as wide as it is tall.

There's one with a LED light-up core/eyes as well, but it's more expensive.

That thing looks disgusting if you ask me. It doesnt even look screen accurate to its anime counterpart. On the contrary it looks rather deformed and ugly. More like a Gorilla in a Sachiel suit. LOL.
