^ So this is how a shooting arcade game has evolved now
- There is a more complex story structure
- Use of moe characters (even as the villains)
- Bittersweet ending
Still I notice that like the old days, the speed slows down significantly when the screen is full of missiles and laser bolts, and I can imagine the player can find it helpful in that case. I wonder if this is deliberately set to be like this, or it is dependent on the hardware used to run the game.
I never thought I would come back to Evangelion after EoE,
But I discovered Re-Take (or it found me?) and
now here I am.
