President Aria? Doesn't ring a bell to me.....Since I joined July last year but was not active in participating this forum until quite some months later, guess I may have missed President Aria....

Oh, I thought you were talking an avatar you used before Tatsumi.... I failed to link the 社長 Cat with the title "President" and I never use a term like "President Aria" (I usually just call them "those cat bosses" :) ) Now I see where the connection is -- Aria crossover with Madoka !!

Added a new quote to my signature.

It was my friend's response to watching End of Eva after my suggestion. (Remember, he never watched the show)

Yes and?

Remember, I was talking about real life friends, not online.

I know you are talking about RL friends here (but did you mean RL and online friends when you wondered why you did not have more friends?)

Personally EoE will not be something I would recommend anyone to see, least of all my RL friends, unless I can see this is something he/she can take and my suggestion would not come back to haunt our friendship. Actually I think it is easier to make the suggestion online because off-the-cuff remarks are easier to make there, and there is less physical involvement (coming each other's place, having meal together, traveling together etc).

Just my 2 cents. Guess experience and opinion varies from person to person.

In that case your better off showing the movie to perfect strangers, or people you hate.:)

Odd. I don't remember when I did it, but Asuka's returned to her normal self. She was never really one for solidarity anyway.

I hate myself. But maybe I can learn to love myself. Maybe it's okay for me to be here! That's right! I'm me, nothing more, nothing less! I'm me. I want to be me! I want to be here! And it's okay for me to be here! -- Shinji Ikari, Neon Genesis Evangelion
Yes, I know. You thought it would be something about Asuka. You're such idiots.

The avatar is me, athough I wish I had a funnier one.

The name Eva Megane is actually my car's name. Megane, being a Renault, but also from 'Meganekko'. I wear glasses.

AND Misato, in the original TV series, drove a Renault, didn't she?

As for the signature: it is my favourite episode, when Eva-01 devours Zeruel...

Your avatar is powerful. It represents disrespect, anger, awful “adaptations”, and failure to meet expectations. I hate it.

It feels good to still be on top when it comes to mecha avatars with good quality art.

I, for one, loved Nyoro~n Churuya-san and recommend it over the second season of the main series any day.
