Ohhai, internet peoples.

New not only to the site, but to Eva as a whole, actually. Heard about the series a lot over the years since its release, but didn't take the plunge until recently when I bought the Rebuild movies on Blu-ray (yes, I watched them first, don't hurt me). After that, I took the plunge and rented the series + EoE on Netflix, and I loved it. Even EoE, which... Isn't at all as bad as people made it sound, IMHO. And now, well, here I am.

*patiently waits for the people who will tell me that I pulled a stupid by watching Rebuild first and how it's sacrilege and all that*
God's in his heaven, and to be honest everything's pretty much screwed.

Hey, I'm driftking18594. I first came across Evangelion when browsing an anime thread in a Gran Turismo forum that I frequently visit. I can honestly say that I doubt I will find a series that makes NGE look like crap. It has made a lasting impression on me - so much so that I think of the great Asuka Langley Soryu/Shikinami whenever I do German. :rofl:

I watched Evangelion back when it first aired in Australia on SBS. Years later I picked up the platinum collection.

I don't have much experience posting on forums.. but i would like to post a bit in the fan art thread later.

Hey Everybody! I've been an Eva fan since I was 12 but the last couple of years havent had too much time to enjoy Eva or any other anime, but now that I've moved to Los Angeles it's time to get back into the stuff that makes me happy.
