Angel image is pretty much planned out; will finish tomorrow.

Juggling a few concepts at the moment, but I should be good for next month.

I’ll be keeping things simple this year, so expect no fireworks, only firequirks.

I'm glad you guys are still up in your game. I've been very busy putting together my house I just moved into and I'm trying to take advantage of a second chance. That's why I've been behind with updates. I hope I'll be up and about here more often soon.

I think it has more to do with the difficulty of designing a balanced and unique Eva. It is quite difficult to resist making an Eva flawless.

See what you can do about that: public libraries and universities often have scanners you could borrow. Anyway, you are doing good so far!

Be careful with that: the Judges will be rating the entries based on how believable they are in context with the rest of the anime. Though we have seem many entries in the past that stretch the boundaries of what is possible, in the end they had to stay true with the spirit of an Eva. It would be cool to see an Eva utilizing some unique, one-off equipment into the universe, but this is Eva after all, and not Gundam.

Besides, the Angels seem to be the solitary sort: they come one at a time with no attempt at cooperation what so ever. Tf anything they would seem to be more prone to violence against each other, their goal being a matter of existence and non-existence after all.
