I posted this earlier to the thread on the Shinji Ikari Raising Project manga, but I thought I might put a reminder here, too—an invitation for everyone at EvaGeeks to contribute to "Misato's Fan Service Center," the letters column for both of Dark Horse's Evangelion manga, Shinji Ikari and Campus Apocalypse.

We're looking for your commentary, thoughts, personal experiences with the show, and fan art (especially offbeat and funny fan art). What you have to say or draw can be on any aspect of Evangelion, not just these two manga. Become a part of the books, and win prizes even more fabulous than Kaworu!

Thought! Mari and Asuka playing video games using Chi (Chobits, another fine work released by Dark Horse, better than Tokyo Pop! I loved the beautiful art except that some were hidden in the spine of the book :( A wonderful release none the less, thank you so much!!). Ima do it. I've not been too good drawing anime but I shall try with my knowledge from my Drawing I class!

You know it's a bad idea when even the mods start trolling the thread.

My intention wasn't to troll the thread. That image was a serious query for a submission, it just so happened that it was hastily created and kind of cheap looking. In retrospect, there's probably a lot more history in the creation of that image that makes it "funny or offbeat" that can't be conveyed by the image itself.

Carl: Which manga series (Campus Apocalypse, Shinji Ikari Raising Project) would our work be submitted to? Does it vary depending on what submissions you get? Also, would you contact us to let us know what volume and series each piece would be featured in?

I might submit something (probably a written piece), I just need to think of something good first.
