... Well I hope we get to see the official ones soon. I can't be the only one who cares about this, and it seems the official English DVD release won't be happening for quite a while still.

The script is untimed, and does not include the new scenes or Kaiji's english dialogue. Might help for TL checking though.

But amusingly enough, my Hong Kong blu-ray just arrived, with subtitles, and I have friends with "home theatres" (and presumably money trees in their backyards). When I saw 1.0 in the theatres I nearly had a heart attack. It was like the animation was too much intensity.
I wish there had been more screenings like this... ages and ages ago.
It is almost like the part where Leonardo diCaprio is all dying and Claire Danes is like shit we didn't already take the poison did we?
I'm not sure if that makes sense, but I'm running with it.
