Thats true. But I still think he doesn't play the role very well.

personally... I think they should get new people. People who have never been seen b4 on film. Just feels better when your watching a movie and u have no thoughts of unrelated characters mixed in.

Example
Hey theres Shinji... wait a second that's the guy who played (insert anyone). I think I liked (insert anyone) better in (insert movie).

Yeah.
That would be a good idea.
The usage of other actors would alter the ratings in a very disruptive manner.
The audience would be like, [If Nicholas Cage played in here], "Oh man... Cage is in here... This movie sucks!"
Or some people would be like, "Oh snap! Cage is in here! I love it!"
The usage of random people that fit the character's category well would be good.

Yea, but the actors have to be good. Also, we are talking about a movie that has an anime sounding name and most likely has pictures of giant CGI robots on the movie posters. Most people will want to see their favorite actors in big letters before they go dish out 6 bucks to see a movie they know nothing about.
Evangelion > Donnie Darko > Beef Jerky > Feces > Inuyasha > 4Kids

Matter = Weird

P.S. Fried Chicken is good

Ugh, oh god.

At this point, I'm hoping they just throw out their crappy actor choices and just CG everything.

CG would really make it just another animated movie. And if it came to that, I'm sure Aardman Animations could do just as well.

...Aren't they the ones who did Wallace and Gromit?

That would be slightly terrifying to see.

Eva ala Wallace and Gromit style. That actually sounds like it could be good, well et the very least it would good for a laugh.

They would have to be good, yes, but listen to what I said.
The ratings would be up and down due to famous actors.
Besides, we need younger people instead of the older ones.

Wallace and Gromit was clay-ed right?
It seems like it. The show is kinda funny. I saw it in Korean a couple of times.

Maybe they could do the same thing Square Soft/Enix did with Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.

You cannot have a LIVE ACTION movie be entirely CG. Then it would cease to be a LIVE ACTION movie.

It would? Spirits Within was kinda neat, and you can't really complain about the visual aspects of Advent Children, can you?

"CG animation" doesn't always equal "lame story", you know.

I really don't see the point of a whole CG Eva movie. CG is animation and Eva was animated. We don't need two. I think the movie should just use CG for the Eva fights.
The Real Ending to Evangelion~~
Rei goes insane!!~~
~Rei is hope.. the hope that people will one day be able to understand each other, and Kaworu is the words... "I Love You". I think they are two beings that will always be watching over everything~

Daniel Radcliffe?
Not....under any circumstances.

I'd rather Rupert Grint played Asuka.

I'm with rb_182_ on the CG - animation thing. We're just gonna end up with some weird (and maybe wonderful) interpretation of the film anyway...why not make it different?
As seen many.
