Although I do wonder what ADV has to gain at this point by convincing people that it is surer a thing than it is.

If ADV give the impression that they're getting flakey about the movie, how are they going to draw investors?

Not to mention their shareholders getting worried about their prospects. (If they have shareholders. Have ADV had their IPO?)
