Their creed, say the Cullenists, includes a base set of beliefs that ‘Edward and the rest of the Twilight characters are real,’ that ‘[t]he Twilight series should be worshipped,’ and that ‘[i]f you are good in life, you will be bless[ed] with eternity with the Cullens.’

We know plenty of people that deep within themselves believe similar things about NGE, right?

Why shouldn't there be a religion following the teachings of Peter Cullen?

He voices Optimus Prime and doesn't afraid of anything...

This makes me wonder what the limit of human stupidity is. Next thing you know there will be a group of dumbasses who manage to make their own countries and go to war over who is the coolest or hottest in their fandom obsessions.

Hopefuly, through the magic of mutual assured destruction and eugenics, Twilight Uber-fans will cease to exist.

Yes but then there will be another group of dumbasses to take their place. Hopefully genetic engineering will pick up and we will have a species gigantic of 300 foot wide-mouthed frogs to toss them in. The chances of of stupidness rising again will ensure that the Fanivore Frogs will be well fed.

It is time for Zombie Hitler to arise and annihilate the believers of stupid.
"Now, from Nature we obtain abundant information about ourselves, and precious little about others. About the woman you clasp in your arms, can you say with certainty that she does not feign pleasure? About the woman you mistreat, are you quite sure that from abuse she does not derive some obscure and lascivious satisfaction? Let us confine ourselves to simple evidence: through thoughtfulness, gentleness, concern for the feelings of others we saddle our own pleasure with restrictions, and make this sacrifice to obtain a doubtful result." -The Divine Marquis

"I agree Hans, but we have talked about those anal fisting analogies." -Werner Herzog

:pout: :grmf: :headbash: :angry!!: :fume: :argh: :shout: :fistshake: :soapbox: :tantrum: :explode:

I mean, people can believe what they want just so long as they make a wise decision as to what that is, but taking religion from books that aren't even historically backed up in some degree just doesn't seem smart by anyone's definition.

:crazytwirl: :dunce: :psyduck: :scanners_head: :nopity:

Its a cult. Someone told me an ideal doesnt become a religion until like its been practiced for so many years and so many people follow it and or believe in it. :shakehead: But anyways, people do believe in vampirism , however this is just an emo teen soap opera mockery of the vampire mythos that makes BTVS look like the authentic bible of vampire lore. And therefore is made invalid by default. :deadhorse:

It used Evangelion-based logos and terminology but was an ordinary Evangelical Church, nothing more.
