It actually looks really good. Asuka with the blue hair and Rei with the Redish-brown

Then I will just bash the picture (It's not like I would actually bash Asuka or Rei anyway). I just palin don't like it, it looks to weird for me. While the short brownish red hair doesn't look too bad the long blue hair looks stupid.
