Something tells me even Chuck Norris couldn't take on Unit 02 in this trailer. This movie just oozes with total edge-havery.

If this holds out, we can hope that the entire Angel (i.e., with currently-missing middle section present) doesn't look totally retarded.

I think the scene described as "Underwater scene of inundated building and power lines, looking up at the sun. The water is blue rather than red" is not an underwater scene, but a cut from the Neo Tokyo evac during the Sahaquiel attack (this time it seems we have a lot more of helicopters).

I'm a purist, but Asuka's name change doesn't bother me, since I was never an Asuka fan anyway. However, the existence of Mari has really been bothering me. Hopefully she'll meet her doom in 2.0! *dodges*

The clock angel should be nothing short of gigantic. Just compare it with the wrecked battleship as it's walking across the water.

The Eva's would be like barbies compared to that thing.
