So i'm working on something that for now i'd like to keep secret until it nears completion so i can get some help, but I'd like some help from anyone who is willing to now.

Keeping it simple as to not spoil things, name some things that confused you when you first saw eva, or most other things that you feel confuse others. Let the brainstorm commence!

When I was watching EoE I was wondering where the hell Eva-00 was, because we saw Rei doing a synch test in episode 24. I must have assumed Eva-00 used the attack Explosion on the Angel and just "fainted" afterwards.

At first I thought the weird wings at Antarctica belonged to the mysterious Second Angel. I can't remember precisely why.

I'll have to think about this some more. I know I had a lot of retarded ideas.

I was wondering "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???" halfway into EoE as I was being mind crushed.

I thought at first that the angels were actual heralds of divine retribution, and not just other "humans" as they turned out to be. I was disappointed that the main antagonist turned out to be SEELE and not God. A showdown with the Creator was what I'd been hoping for.

It's hard to remember most of my misconceptions, unfortunately.

Another one along the same lines: The evangelions are genetically-engineered humans. In fact, I don't think the show gives the Adam connection until Ep 18 or 19.
