A whole lot of Battlestar Galactica episodes, particularly Season 4.5. Those filler episodes ruined an otherwise awesome show.
(Was Board Staff from Dec 31, 2007 - Oct 17, 2015 and Oct 20, 2020 - Aug 1, 2021)

The DBZ fillers didn't really bother me.
I did find it funny when Goku was fighting Frieza
...and the fight lasted about 3 or 6 episodes.
or I might be wrong. It has been a couple of years since I've seen DBZ.

Bleach filler is the most annoying to me, because Bleach was my favorite show on TV for quite some time and then outta nowhere, BAM Bleach vampires??? No!
That said, I think the Bleach filler at least look good on paper... I mean the Bounto arc in particular. A shinigami traitor, vampire dudes with battle dolls... not bad ideas for filler. But the execution was so piss poor... I can count on one hand the number of episodes which had really good quality animation.
But its most grevious sin to me is how, after the Arrancar arc started they INSISTED on including an episode with Kariya Jin for some reason. We... didn't really want to see him again guys. You were back on track! why this, now?!
And don't even get me started on the whole 'episodic' filler they introduced like right in the middle of the Arrancar arc... That about made me stop watching.
Aside from Bleach, filler isn't really all that bad to me. At least Garlic Jr. showed Gohan getting stronger and made the later parts where his powers were awakened more seamless. Not necessary, I know, but not bad.
