Guyver Spawn:
They aren't wallscrolls, they're just laminated posters. Unfortunately I didn't get them online, I got them from a store where I am (about six years ago).

If you are looking for wallscrolls (I buy from this store a lot):

Or try ebay. I think the above store accepts money orders if you don't have paypal.

And does anyone know what this is?

Does any one own this figure http://www.amazon.com/Evangelion-Sachiel-The-Third-Angel/dp/B000Q7WM4Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=toys-and-games&qid=1235967247&sr=1-1?

I had to chancel my Unit 03 figure since it was taking forever to arrive. I notice this figure when I was on Amazon and it looks pretty cool. Is it worth buying?

The only thing I have against it is the fact that you have to attach some of the parts. It looks great, though.

Guyver Spawn: Where were you ordering from that it took too long to arrive?

Looky looky.

Once upon a time my sister purchased it for me with my own money (don't ask...), but I thought it was so hideously ugly that I sold it off. At a loss. The cubic centimeters in my room that I regained as a result were worth it.

Has anyone ever bought from the mandarake website? I'm ordering something now but my address is like:

name
zip code
town, city, zip code, country

Will that mess the shipping up?

Indeed, during the last few months I think i've also fell victim to the Gainax Cash Cow that is Eva. I managed to pick up some 8 inch vinyl figures of my favorite angels. I love the Sachiel especially.

To go with them i just had to get a 8 inch Eva figure as well. So i went with the Movie Realization Eva Unit 01 released by Bandai.

They look good. Surprised noone here has mentioned getting any of these figures before. Especially the angel figures, which i think are pretty hard to come by these days. :toothy:

Ok....that Eva 01 looks awesome.

I admit after buying a few Eva character figures- the little tiny cheap ones like this:

... I do think I might scrounge up the cash to buy a Revoltech Rebuild Unit 01 and 02. They look great.

Thats good. Revoltech Eva figures aren't too bad. They have great poseability too. Almost every action pose you can possibly think of you can do with a revoltech.

As for the figure you praised me for.....yes i must admit Bandai's Movie Realization Eva Unit 01 figure is a beaut. I think what makes it really special though aside from all the accessories it comes with and the detail on the figure itself is the cool see through transparent green parts it has.

Observe.

And thats not all.....

Honestly if it wasn't for the somewhat loose joints on the arms, torso and legs this figure would be perfect. I really like it as it is though! :toothy:

That Mari figure looks pretty neat. I know I want to get at least one figure relating to her; maybe something regarding Petite Eva (there was a type of picture like that in the rebuild subforum) or the inevitable Rebuild Portrait one for 2.0

I say the things on the end of her headband are A10 nerve clips for an Eva pilot. They don't serve any purpose for a real headband.

Of course until this is proven I've just been shot down by every person on this site.

Ahhhhhh. Head clips need to be connected to frontal lobes. They are too low...

They're just for style, I hope/think.
