Leonard Nimoy for Fuyutsuki,
William Shatner for Gendou.

You know it must be so.

Quite possible. By the time the actors are 14, their voices will have already cracked.

I like those movies and I'm not in any of those categories, though I will admit that some of Arnold's dialogue is so bad as to be cringe-inducing.

Formless One wrote:The guys who did V for Vendetta made an excellent movie

Didn't they also have some involvement in The Matrix?

And the studio that did the Spiderman trilogy

What trilogy are you talking about? The contracts have already been signed for movies 4 and 5.

I have only heard good things about Hancock, like that it was everything Superman Returns should have been.

It's good if you can handle a 90-degree change of direction, pace, and focus halfway through. I didn't mind, so I liked it.

And Ghost in the Shell is a near future dystopian sci-fi, which is right up Speilbergs ally. (Now if only he can keep from letting his UFO alien fixation from seeping into every movie he makes, people wouldn't hate him so much)

Jaws, Jurassic Park, and Schindler's List had UFOs?

since this is Hollywood, it must happen on American shores, or else lose the Audience. (this is not the time to point out Harry Potter, thats the exception that proves the rule)

Chinese movies:
* Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
* Hero
* House of Flying Daggers

French movies:
* Amelie
* The City of Lost Children

Japanese movies:
* Godzilla
* all the other movies that aren't Godzilla but have Godzilla in them

British movies:
* basically all of them, including Children of Men

Movies that aren't foreign-made but take place in foreign countries:
* Anastasia
* V for Vendetta
* Black Hawk Down
* Gladiator
* The Passion of the Christ
* Mulan
* The Emperor's New Groove
* The Rescuers Down Under
* Beauty and the Beast (takes place in France)

You get the idea

[code:1]Touji would become the mandatory Hollywood black man. The role is perfect for the character. I wouldn't make him a thug like gangster, but assume that his family came from San Fransisco and was middle class until 2'nd impact. It would make him an interesting and dynamic character, without going into pointless stereotypes.[/code:1]

:rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

OH MY GOD...

That's an even worse idea than having the Black Ranger played by a black guy!

Action_Bastard wrote:Back to Hawaii, many action movies have been filmed in Hawaii, especially movies that need dense jungle scenes, two big examples being Predator and Jurassic Park.

Predator was filmed in Mexico.

Action_Bastard wrote:You have to remember that the LEAM (if it ever happens) will me done by Americans more than likely, so the musical director will be the same, American.

That does not follow logic in any way.

SeanTucker wrote:Live-action Eva movie = the movie equivalent of Duke Nukem Forever, heh.

No... Duke Nukem Forever is actually moving forward, albeit slowly. It's more like the equivalent of Avatar

Anyone think that this is true or not?

Anyone who cites imdb for anything is automatically wrong.

Yes. It shows in the slo-mo shots. :wink:

What trilogy are you talking about? The contracts have already been signed for movies 4 and 5.

Movies in the making don't count, Count.

It's good if you can handle a 90-degree change of direction, pace, and focus halfway through. I didn't mind, so I liked it.

Sounds cool with me.

Jaws, Jurassic Park, and Schindler's List had UFOs?

Have you seen A.I.? That was the first of at least a couple movies where he inserted ALIENS RAR! into movies where it seemed inappropriate for the theme or tone of the movie (even though it was actually a part of the book he was adapting). It is not as much of a problem as it is made out to be, and indeed, it is mostly a meme. But it hurts his credibility nonetheless.

And do I have to mention E.T.? ;)

Chinese movies:
* Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
* Hero
* House of Flying Daggers

French movies:
* Amelie
* The City of Lost Children

Japanese movies:
* Godzilla
* all the other movies that aren't Godzilla but have Godzilla in them

British movies:
* basically all of them, including Children of Men

Red Herring. None of those movies were made in Hollywood, Count. They don't count.

Movies that aren't foreign-made but take place in foreign countries:
* Anastasia
* V for Vendetta
* Black Hawk Down
* Gladiator
* The Passion of the Christ
* Mulan
* The Emperor's New Groove
* The Rescuers Down Under
* Beauty and the Beast (takes place in France)

You get the idea

The few out of many, many movies all set in America.

Rest of post deleted since Formless has picked enough fights.

Formless One, you have no place to speak about red herrings. Behold:

Now if only he can keep from letting his UFO alien fixation from seeping into every movie he makes

Jaws, Jurassic Park, and Schindler's List had UFOs?

Have you seen A.I.?

I'm pretty sure that A.I is not the only movie that Steven has made.

You fail to read the humor in the first quote. It was a meme, and I was repeating it. He does have a tendency to gravitate towards aliens. It might not show up in every movie he makes, but it does show up a lot in his movies, sometimes in ways it shouldn't.

Evageeks should make the Live Action Movie and we can all work together. ADV can no longer do it so we actually have a chance of making this open-source movie.

Just from looking at this thread, it would be nearly impossible for us all to decide on a single idea for the film.

I think our movie would end up something like this:

I might rather enjoy making a total ass of myself in an adequately healthy and whimsical manner. Should I start practicing my roars?
