Yeah....mum's been the word on Eva 2.0.

But from what I can gleam I don't think Japan is big on Early Advertising for their films. I mean I don't think there was a trailer for Hayao Miyazaki's new movie 'Ponyo...' until about 2 weeks before it's release. Of course it could be because GAINAX is currently whoring out their Gurren-Lagann movie and don't want to distract any fans with the news of another one of their films. Hell, a perfect film to premiere an Eva 2.0 trailer with would be the Gurren-Lagann movie. That's marketing that almost speaks for itself.
But who knows....I've been assuming we'll get Eva 2.0 news for MONTHS now. We'll be at Third Impact before I even see the damn film.

It's technically a thread for speculating what sorts of stuff will be in 2.0, so it can at least be locked until material lending itself to more productive speculation (since the trailer at the end of 1.0 has pretty much been exhausted) shows up.
