zimlord wrote:dude, actually shoop it. mspaint does not suffice. and a good shoop of charlie ikari would be awesome. so DO IT.
The thing is, Charles Schultz's art doesn't do mspaint justice.
The art I used there makes the original Peanuts stuff look like stick figures. But that's what you get for having a famous comic artist who can't draw a half-decent stick figure.

I think PenPen would make a good Joe Cool. Because you know that he's secretly a pimp, he has sexy parties with Misato, Asuka and Rei behind Shinjis back.

You forgot Ritsuko, Hikari, Maya, Kaworu, Casper, and Jet Alone. (That's the full realm of his pimpdom -- he can seduce prude schoolgirls, lesbians, persons of ambiguous sexuality, AIs, and remote control devices.)

Sandman is really about using a conglomeration of myths and legends in a fictional universe with literal embodiments of ancient themes to tackle stories that deal with those things... in that sense I think anyone could tackle Sandman if they just left the Sandman specific mythos alone (by that I mean the narrative transpiring of books 1, 4, 7, 9, and 10).devil_eAter wrote:but Sandman is meant for his hands and only his hands to write.
