During the filming of the evangelion episode "The day tokyo-3 stood still" the scene where the children fall out of he vent had to be shot a few times as Rei kept falling out of the vent draging Asuka with her.

I think the picture that was posted was a fanart take of the Kaworu/Shinji image. I know which official(? if the actual pic is official to begin with) one you're talking about that.
