125x125 pixels is fine, but please up the size limit to something more than 30kb or whatever its at now.

You only need that file size for random noise or animation, neither of which we want to encourage.

You can easily reduce the size of the pixels (from, say, 50kb to <30kb) by using an image editor. Like Photoshop.
