This thread creeps me out, but I'll give it a shot;
If Rei was related to me I'd definitely try to be friendly and hope that we might find some common interests. She likes to swim, I like to swim, we could go swimming. She seems to like studying/reading, so we could talk about books. Maybe I could get her to see some movies and I'd found out what music she likes. Rei kinda seems like the quiet artistic type...

I don't know what I'd do for her. She's way too tragic character to be "saved". She'd die anyway due to not getting Ritsuko's medicine. Plus because of her state and deep down fear she isn't human, well, it sucks
I'd propably try to make her last days as comfortable as possible

It's not that she doesn't have emotions, in my opinion. It's more of that she keeps everything bottled up, and one of these days it will explode and that's when the proverbial shit will hit the fan. (Off-topic -That's what happened to my brother (he kept his emotional problems bottled up for a long time and then eventually snapped) and he ended up getting kicked out of the house.)
