Unfoo42 is the translator. I'm studying Japanese, but I'm nowhere close to being useful at translations other than "This is my business card" in hiragana.

Sorry about the double post, but I feel this a new one, as the last one was a while ago, to let people new something new, or whatever...

I now have the script for ep 7. I'll have the editing finished within a week or so, and then it's off for QC.

Hey, don’t leave me behind! I can do translations! That just reminds me- I heard from a rumour that the new character appearing in the Ikusei Keikau in volume 5 is most probably Mana Kirishima.

But Mana's already appeared, and she's hardly what I'd call new...

NEWS!
Email from Unfoo wrote:Good news...
I recruited a tlator for eva (who probably has better
knowledge of the series than me)
Also, I finished v2c8 and the other tlator finished
v2c10. I'll give them both a look over before passing
them your way.
The other tlator is gonna do v2c9 next.
No rush with the editing though. If you want, feel
free to recruit from the eva forums if you happen to
find any elite editors

Damn. They always keep on translating things. Oh well, you people need the translations don't you? (I don't need translations) Why don't we just hire for free some free lance translators who are Japanese, and will commit themselves to NGE?

Mangas like this make wish that I could understand Japanese. I tell you, if I was just capable of translating it, I'd translate the whole thing. I'm very thankful for the trasnlators right now. So do continue please!

Because no one wants to put up the money for people like SaHa when ATT is doing (though admittedly slowly) for free.

Professional translators doing anything for free is highly unlikely.

Wouldn't SaHa be considered pro considering he/she/it/them/ver are paid for their work?
EDIT====
NEWS
I was given the script for chapter 8 today.
I've been slacking off a bit on editing 7 do to school related stress (which has just increased rather than decreased) however, I'll try to get back on the project tonight.
