Asuka appears like she's just gonna be bugfuck nuts in Rebuild. I'd be up for an unexpected classic character's death.
And Rei a bit more expressive huh.
(Scarily though that lower left hand pic of Shinji, aside from the phone by ear it looks 90% similar to a similar shot in 1.0, I hope they don't repeat any Rebuild animation, that would be a true insult.)

Some observations: (Now the quality is super crap so these are just what I figure)
1. 0:11- Looks like there's a nice blue sky. And something massive making a dark cross followed by a classic Anno Beam (those rays shots that flare into crosses). I think whatever Clock Angel has in store is going to be....cinematic!
2. 0:12- Someone's firing on Eva Unit 03/Bardiel as it approaches. Either NERV is playing a more integral role (like Ramiel in 1.0) or we'll thankfully get to see Asuka's ass handed to her. Would make more sense if they want to visualize her feeling like a failure.
3. 0:14- Wow....just wow. Nerv being blood-flooded. My guess is Sahaquiel. It just makes more sense than in NGE where they stop him from hitting the ground. And then he just explodes anyway.
4. 0:20 - Asuka does the "Put my Red Plugsuit on, you're coming with me" from Episode 8 move. Would they actually do something that goofy in the movie?
5. 0:22 - Mari's a cutie.
6. 0:23 - It's incredibly subtle but I think Rei is smiling when she turns to look up at Shinji in the next cut. Based on the background it's in the classroom and probably a continuation of the shots from previous trailers where Shinji looks over at Rei with Toji + Kensuke next to him. I'm thinking if there's any "shipping" in these films it's gonna be Shinji/Rei.
7. 0:25- Asuka is gonna murder someone with that look. Actually, this also ties into a shot of Asuka from 0:05. Even though it chronologically happens much later I think we might see Asuka and Rei's infamous "Elevator Moment" happen in this film.
Well. Looking forward to people slowly chipping away at what are clearly my limited knowledge guess-timations.

I doubt that the Asuka elevator shot comes from the famous elevator scene. It's far to early, it would make no sense to have that scene before Zeruel takes out their Evas.

after watching the trailer, I stand by my original assessment; the trailers might rock, but so far, it looks like Anno is going Bay on us.
Maybe by 3.0 we'll have a revenge of the fallen-seque type fighting sequence.

In this time of Rebuild, I'm proud to be one of the few fans of the original NGE, and one of the last proud fans of Asuka Langley Soryu.
