Anyway getting back on topic I suppose I should comment on some cosplay of some sort.

Ok, here I am, at Barcelona's XV Manga Fair with my EVA-01 cardboard suit:

You know I just noticed this, but the eva units legs are a lot longer in proportion to their bodies then what a regular persons legs would be. Even though the costume is good , it makes unit 01 look kinda SD.

I don't think Shinji would be an ork player, perhaps a deamon hunter player or something to do with nobility.

As for cos play, they cannever get Rei's hair right.

I never really liked the colour pink but I must say I do really like Mari's ice pink plugsuit.

I would be tempted to make it myself when I get better at making costumes. Good luck with it.

I didn't really like her plugsuit from the original series but I love this new one and I was told it wouldn't be that hard to make (as I originally was going to try make Rei's plugsuit first). I love the designs and the lock she has on the collar. I plan to use red low cut drain pipes and a red polar neck leotard top and add the designs on. I am not sure how to do the feet but I will get around to that.

And if you need any help, I have lots of experience in making body suits and there are some REALLY good websites like http://www.stretchy.org/ that have good foot solutions. I use water shoes and sew the ends of the catsuit right onto them. They turn out looking exactly like plugsuit feet!

Thanks very much for the advice, I was considering pm-ing you on cosplay.com, (I am butterscotch there too) asking you how did you do the feet on your Rei plugsuit costume. I was very impressed with it and liked the way you made it out of lycra/spandex as most plugsuits are made out of PVC and other materiel. I am going to check out spandex world too and again thanks for that site and of course I will let you know how I get on. I am really looking forward to seeing your completed,
