What revoltechs are there left to do? Isn't there already at least 3.8 of them for every design? :P

Seeing as Revoltech made all Eva's that appeared in 2.0 they still have to make an awakened Eva 13, an awakened Mark.09 and the code 777 unit 02y to complete the 3.0 set.

So fingers crossed that something gets shown in Febuary at winter wonderfest.

Indeed
I... I need those!

And a decent Wunder...

Is it me or Q has seen far less merchandise than 2.0?
Half the things they made were pointless but heck! Revoltech made the whole Eva lineup! Twice! :irked:

I think Q has seen more statue type figures than actual figures.
But yeah it does seem to have gotten less attention than 2.0 :/ sad as I really love the Q designs soo much.

Fingers crossed for some good news come wonderfest

Cute, but I thought her manga hair color was strawberry blonde?

For the new comer inquiring about the Eva RAH's. I was also worried about some bad stories I'd heard about degrading of the rubber, but as far as I kow this problem was only on the first release. Such as the original run of Eva 01 and Eva 02.

I own the Mark.09, 02y, Q Rei and Q Asuka, with 08b and Q Mari coming for Christmas. I also have 01 coming my way by New Years.

I have had no problems with the rubber on colour. The only minor niggle was a lose wrist with the Mark.09 as the scythe is quite heavy, and a loseish shoulder in 02y. But as display pieces they are perfect and any Eva fan will love them.

Hope that helps you in deciding to buy these figures or not, and welcome to the fourm.

If you plan on posing any of the RAHs, make sure you do not leave them in poses that really stretch out the rubber. This will cause the rubber to become brittle, and eventually get little tears in it... especially if you live in a more arid environment.

I posed mine shortly, but decided they would be better suited in their boxes...which have a built-it display window on them. This way the rubber is safe, and they are still pretty :)

^Not UCC Coffee? Or is this the hint of more tie-ins?

Still like the biker ones in which she's leaning forward.

It's a garage kit and not an official figure, so it does what it wants with the branding.

First, it's an old garage kit. Second garage kits are unlicensed products and don't come painted. So it's basically whatever people want them to be. I mean you have a painted display garage kit (which is unapproved by the copyright holder), but people enjoy making their own color variations and branding.

Technically most garage kits coming from Japan are licensed, usually given an approval to sell at specific events like Wonderfest. Copyright holders often have special applications forms that you send in and they send you back a bunch of approval stickers that you can use for the specific kit and specific event.

Now when places in China/HK/Taiwan/Thailand and other prominent sources for bootlegs take a limited license garage kit and recast it, that's 100% unlicensed. Websites like e2046 build their entire business around that model because recasts are cheap, the demand is high but original Japanese garage kits are in limited supply and usually very expensive. People outside Japan are either clueless about the recasters who often put effort into their sites to look fancy and legitimate, or they're just not willing to pay the price for the legit kits.

That + paying someone to assemble and paint it if you lack skillz.

And become a master yourself, why not?

Or if the kit already costs a pretty penny why not make it the most badass thing to sit on your shelf and if there's experts out there who can do the job, engage them.
