[Video Games] Portal 2
Is the cake still a lie?
I am so looking forward to this.
Also, was anyone aware of the new Portal ending?

Apparently if you get all the radios you can work out from some message the release date of Portal 2 or something. I can't honestly remember what exactly X D It does say what though on the Half Life wiki. So there is point to it but I guess its there to also get people playing Portal to hype them up for the second.

Yes, looks to be rather enjoyable. I'm more looking forward to Fallout: New Vegas though.

Did you see the 'item' off to the right @ 0.28 seconds in? I'm very, very excited for this game. For one, the new level from the previews we've seen so far look like some of the best mapping/shader/texture work that Valve has ever done (I must stress that it looks soooooo good! because it's soooooooo aesthetically awesome!).
Oh, and I'm excited about using Portals again too. It's been a loooong time.

BUMP! MORE DISCUSSING!
Game of the year for sure:
*Wheatley was pure genius
*All of Cave Jhonson's lines were gold!
*Space Core. Nuff said.
*Loads of Easter eggs
*Ending was awesome. I was like "YES YES" when i saw it.
(Rest contains spoilers for Portal 2's ending. Don't open if you haven't finished the game. You WILL cut yourself after you realize how much awesomeness was spoiled.)

The ending was not perfect tough. So many unanswered questions...
*What is going to happen with Chell?
*^or Wheatley
*^or Caroline
*And most importantly, what about DOUG RATTMANN? What the heck happend to him?

SPOILER: Show
Anything can happen to Chell. That was the point of the ending. She's free. It appears that Gordon Freeman saved the planet from the Combine, so she can finally live a life. The details don't even really matter.
As for Caroline...
She was a lot like you
Maybe not quite as heavy
Now little Caroline is in here too
Really, I don't think there's anything wrong with an ending that doesn't wrap up everything in a neat little package.

We can't know for sure that he did. Maybe Chell got headcrab'd one second after the screen goes black.
