Looking at other characters besides Rei...
I would argue with Asuka all day. And then we would go to a restaurant, and then we would resume arguing once we have a table.
I think if I had a relationship with Asuka, it would be very loud (
) and silly...we would have a ball. But whenever one of us start to get serious, that'll be when the bets are off, and the future of the relationship will depend on Asuka's maturity.
Rei...we would just stare at each other, and then go swimming. I would outlap her until she kicks her ATF into gear and blows the water out of the pool. Funnies aside, I think my main goal would be to make her as comfortable as possible...and loved, of course. Don't want her to think that I'm using her. cos i wouldn't, ever abuse her trust.
If I was older, I would totally date Misato. She's hawt and smart and her gun is loaded. Eccentricies aside, I think Misato wouldn't be that bad, really. She's awfully nice, and reminds me of an adult Asuka... 
Ritsuko....eugh...I don't have a chance, I'm a little young for her... and besides, she's into gend'oh. But she does have a nice bod (how does she keep it like that if she's working all night/day?! meh).
Maya...again, if I was older, and if she was into guys, I might have a one-night-stand w/ her. Otherwise, she wouldn't suit me. I'm not exactly a pacifist. My opinions form from evidence, and don't have many things that are unconditionally avoided...except for a noted few
Yui? Again, if I was Gendo's age, and I got to her first before Gendo did, but then Evangelion would've been around some other random chic instead of the Yui-sama that we all know and love.
Lilith. Hmm....Well....if she shrinks to puny Lilin-size, then I might give her a shot. I would like to know what are the differences between her and Rei.
Adam. Again, if she shrinks to Lilin-size...but I think I might start a Fourth Impact if I try to get it on w/ her. >_>

Mana: I don't like NORMAL people! =O well...idano about mana...I think having the best of both worlds, in this case, might not be as good as having one or the other.

That's actually a pretty hard question, because there's practically NO, known girl character in Eva that has no issues. And unless you're gay and going for Hyuga etc, then, it's kinda difficult.
