Favorite/Least favorite charas & why

Misato isn't a great tactica or leader by any means. It's just that Adam's Children literally don't have metaphysical brains so Nerv can get away with pretty much anything.

Ramiel, Israfel, and Sahaquiel were all defeated because of Misato's planning. I have to disagree here.

Her plans to defeat Sahaquiel and Ramiel however, reaches a whole level of crazy, especially In the former. If it had failed, Tokyo-3 would've been demolished like it was after Armisael's defeat (She openly admitted it!).

And in the end, that's the strength of Misato's character. The ability to push through solution after solution even when getting knocked down.

What about Chairman Keel of SEELE? Or Kaji? Charming bastard, but not to be trusted. Personally, I never liked Rei. She lives too far into the Valley of the Uncanny for my comfort. Gendo I actually kind of like, but he loses points for shooting Ritsuko and being a rat with women generally. Asuka is a 100% pure, unrefind bitch. It's fun to watch her in action, but I personally wouldn't have anything to do with her. All things considered, tho, my vote is for Shinji. Gendo and Yui should never have had any children.

About time someone said it. I never really liked Kaji's personality or his static character.

Asuka.

She's the fiery redhead tsundere in anime, is a prime badass adorable, pilots one of the coolest-looking Evas, and has a very cool and cute design and voice. I also absolutely love the dynamic between her and Shinji. Even if she loses her badass throughout the series, there's a very good reason for it that only makes her more sympathetic as a character, and her role in EoE is fantastic - especially since

you know she survives in the end, and she's just starting to get warmer with Shinji while still being her tsun-self

It'll sound weird, but for some reason i find fuyutsuki a very interesting character, he's always calm and besides that smile when Shinji and Asuka defeated israfael was just funny as hell, and well other character would be Kaji, because watermelons!

Fuyutski really is an underrated character; he sure as hell was one of the more down-to-earth, that's for sure. Sad that he kept working for Gendo: a man he hated just so he could see Yui again.

Gendo Ikari because he is such a composed controllable version of Shinji and him doing so much for love makes me pity him.He also looks cool and does a cool pose

Female wise its gotta be Misato because she is a Colonel but at the same time she has so many flaws and seems the most realistic adult (in my opinion) in the show.

I personally identify with Asuka. I never really thought I would actually get to know a character who would actually give me a hard slap on the face. I think that should be self-explanatory why, though.

Rei is my favorite character. Shin-chan gets an honorable mention.

1. Asuka Langley Soryu: Because I love the name for some reason, I love the dubbed VA (bite me), love her character backstory and progression. I found her to be the most relatable to myself.
2. Shinji Ikari: Also pretty relatable to myself. He also pilots the best Eva.
3. Asuka Langley Soryu: Best girl.
4. Misato Katsuragi: Her roommate is a penguin, also picks fights with Angels.
5. Ryoji Kaji: Suave womanizer, also a triple agent. What's not to love?
6. Pen-Pen: C'mon, that's easy.
7: Use your imagination, it's pretty even from hereon.
