I really like this one as I'd like to imagine that there might be a parallel world where Gendo is a very good dad to Shinji and takes care of the Rei clones.

I imagine it would feature Rei III as the "rebellious teenage sister" except she'd still talk with her usual voice.

At first he manages to convince her that he's only got one "cousin" that is just very fast at moving around the house, but then ep 26 Au!Rei comes home from sports practice (possibly alongside the longtime family friends, the Makinamis) and everything goes to heck.

The punchline is, of course, that at the end, Asuka goes "...Don't worry, baka, my mom is a mad scientist, too. Believe me, I know that feel." and they commiserate over some apple spritzer.

There should definitely be a crossover between EVA and Godzilla. And seeing how Mr. Anno is the director of both of them, I think that might be a possibility.
