What everyone else said - she never did, and hopefully never will.

@TheFlyingBeagle: If Misato was 14 during 2I, then the fact that she was born before it automatically prevents her from ever piloting (its actually that the pilots had to have been born after Second Impact, not just be 14 years of age). Also, Evangelion Units hadn't been in an operable state until 2014 (judging by the year on the entry plugs themselves).

I think I accidentally spoiled some future Evangelion related work. I, uh,...gotta go.
