The character's design looks like 3.0 instead of 2.0 and 1.0. I prefer the chara design from the 2.0 and 1.0

Because it looks like it's a photo shot from the inner of a power pole or a tower.
And that it's red indicates that's form the Post N3I Ruins.
If the L-Density that Asuka mentioned is similar to radiation and only organisms similar to Evas, Angels and Eva-Pilots exposed to the Curse of Eva are unaffected, It would be a miracle if a camera would still work in such a enviorment, because electric devices would be damaged by radiation.
I would notice if it's hand drawn or animated.

It's just an old Eva motif. They were incredibly prominent in the original series as well. I'm not sure any extensive analysis has been done, but as a tentative starting point you might think of them as a symbol for civilization.

I took it out and replaced it with the eva under water. I would never have known because only like 2-3 years ago the Q Wikipedia page used that shoop'd poster as the image for the film lol.
