3.33 left the "stage" so similar at the end of the evangelion that now I do not care much what happens.
interpersonal relationships and events are at the same point as the beginning of EoE.

I bet you, it will end in a similar (almost identical) way that the wait will not be worth it.
In fact, if you make up your mind that everything happened as in the series and that the only change is 3.33, you will not even get away from an erroneous idea.

yeahh, "we tried to do it differently, but we ended up doing the same thing" is how "rebuild" will be known.

I very much disagree with your assessment, actually. Just on an interpersonal level, Shinji is in a very different spot in Q than his development had him in either EoE or the events leading up to it. He’s aware of the actual inner workings of Impact and the lengths he can go to actively change the world. (For better or for worse is still the struggle.) Also, Eva Q kinda already did much of EoE’s Third Impact imagery. Watching a fully realized Impact occur in Shin Eva just as it had in EoE would simply be redundant on Eva Q, say nothing of its relation to NGE.

Given how 2.22 ended, and indeed what happened in 3.33, it seems very strange to say that things are the same as in the series. I mean, by the end of 3.33, we have had an interrupted third impact, some other kind of third impact, and an interrupted fourth impact. None of these have happened before the start of EoE.

Also, at the end of Ep 24 no one is blaming Shinji for nearly ending the world. He has been chewed out over Bardiel, and has defeated Zeruel. Sure, he's overseen Kaworu's death (though very differently), but that's only one thing somewhat similar among many that are very different. Not least, at that point in the series, he has saved the lilin once again by killing Kaworu, which is completely different from Kaworu dying in 3.33 as a result of Shinji's almost destroying everything.

Why the movie is called "Shin Evangelion" and the other three just "Evangelion"?

Shin can mean new, I understand. So either it's a new movie to complete the series, or it will finally take the story to a new resolution. Take your pick.

As pwhodges says, shin can mean new. So far the films were called "Evangelion New Theatrical Edition".
Now it's "Shin Evangelion Theatrical Edition".
The "new" changed places, just that it isn't the kanji for "new", it's just the katakana that spell out the sound "shin". So other words which are also pronounced "shin" could also be meant. Anno did the same with Shin Godzilla.

Okay this isn't quite Eva its a kid Mecha show which is jumping on the Shin Eva bandwagon though with an episode about Hikari and her sisters in Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion with clear cameos from Shinji Asuka and Rei.
