Ever since I heard about Doctor Who from MLP:FIM, I've been hooked on the series. Shame on myself, being a Sci-fi Fan I should have discovered it sooner. :toothy:

Anyway, I just finished watching the episode "Blink" on YouTube. God, I may never look at a statue the same way again. The Weeping Angels are always watching! :scared:

Spaced. Just marathonned the first series, not that seven episodes of a half hour show is an "epic" marathon, but still. I'm enjoying it.

Lake of Fire. Surprisingly obscure documentary by Tony Kaye.

Well, right now I'm watching some documentary on the Third Reich on History 2.

Which has like 10000x more real history than regular History does, by the way.

Watched the first three episodes of Deadwood. It's safe to say I'm now hooked on this show. Sunday can't get here soon enough.

I've been slowly going through the first two seasons of Community with two of my friends since last summer, but now that I just subscribed to Hulu Plus, I'm going through it like a madman. This is now in serious contention with Parks & Recreation for the title of my #1 Super Favorite Show.

Also, I someday hope to cast Donald Glover in a movie. That guy just bleeds charisma.

High School Student Restaurant 高校生レストラン ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kokosei_Restaurant ) I know there is a restaurant run entirely by high school student in Japan, but I did not know that it inspired a TV series. Seeing Masahiro Matsuoka the drummer of the band Tokio as the serious "coach" is something new to me. For a TV drama that is spoken mostly all in Kansai dialect (actually dialect of Mie prefecture) it seems to be quite popular in Tokyo/Kanto region of Japan too. A refreshing look at how teachers and students build relationships to each other and among themselves and how the students and their restaurant help the bonding in the small town where it is located (and you got to see a few glimpses of Japanese dishes, some of them pretty modern and fusion, being prepared).

Evangelion actually. Since October I've been watching one episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion a week in order to replicate what it must have been like to watch the show on air when it originally premiered.

It's kinda fun actually to have a solid 25 minute block of Evangelion (I watch it all, Opening Credits, Ending Credits & "Next Week" Segment) to look forward to every week. Next week I get to see Zeurel do his magic. Old school style.

The New House M.D. Episodes.

Man, with the mid-season break, i forgot just how much of an asshole House is.

Also, i don't know why, but lately i can't avoid sort of associating House and Gendo in some manners (even when House is a much more "redeeming" character)

Night Court.

It's been years, some of the jokes are dated, but all in all, the show holds up amazingly well, and is still as funny as ever.

The show's better known for its surrealist antics in later seasons, but in the early ones, it's more akin to Cheers or M.A.S.H. There's an honest, down-to-earth heart to the show and a serene chemistry to the characters, something you can't help but feel good about.

EDIT: Now watching Penn & Teller: Bullshit! I heard of some of their stuff indirectly, it's great to finally see where it's all been coming from.
