Looks like after PaSwG and PMMM, I think this could be it, only with Ikuhara onboard.

I just noticed they apparently didn't give the poor penguins name. They're just 1,2 and 3....

Since it's Ikuhara it probably will be dark and filled with incest and lesbians - and random Ikuhara slapstick absurdity as seen above.
I mean jeez:

Well, yeah, in some form most likely. So was Utena, but this seems to be very different from it yet strangely similar: add on that all the shit about changing or not being able to change fate and choose and whatnot + hidden grimdark under vibrant surface and it's safe to say this is by the guy who did Utena.
First episode will certainly be...interesting.

It's those hairbuns. I wasted some time doing a nonsensical comparison chart.
Since it's Ikuhara I expect more than a clash between a cute style and dark content. It guess it will be very silly at times.
